Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to a message sent through the form (email address and content): Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence.
- Security and operation of the website (technical data, server logs): Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Cookies other than strictly necessary ones: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent.
Retention period
We keep messages for as long as the correspondence lasts and then until any claims become time-barred. Server logs are kept for no longer than 12 months.
Recipients of data
Data may be received by companies providing hosting, email and technical services to the Publisher under data processing agreements, and by public authorities entitled to it by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, or with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul.
